Good afternoon, 

This email serves as an official union notification to inform you about the Government Retirement and Benefits (GRB) platform migration. 

The GRB Platform is migrating to the cloud.  The migration timeline is expected to be late February 2023.  Access to the GRB Platform website from outside the DoD Information Network (DODIN) will not be permitted initially; this means users MUST be on a Navy/Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) government computer to access GRB to make benefits elections until permission has been given for the connections to begin and be available by the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).

Anyone who does not have access to a DODIN computer will need to contact the Civilian Benefits Center’s Benefits Line to make an election for health insurance, life insurance, or the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP).  The Benefits Line can be reached at 888-320-2917 for assistance.
