OUR CHAIN OF COMMAND IS THE ONLY SOURCE THAT CAN DIRECT YOU TO TAKE SPECIFIC ACTIONS, AGAIN OPM IN NOT IN YOUR CHAIN OF COMMAND.
    16th District Leaders, (feel free to share) As many of you are aware, many government employees received an email from an OPM email address today (February 22, 2025) instructing them to provide five (5) bullet points outlining what they accomplished last week and to copy their manager.
    Letter From Jim Johnson/Guidance on Probationary Employees  As you are most likely aware, DoD agencies were required to provide lists of probationary employees to DoD this week.  In some cases, agencies other than DoD that employ civilian firefighters have also been required to do the same.
    Sisters and Brothers of the CPF 5 th Disrtict, This letter has been vetted through our IAFF DVP Jim Johnson and your Service Representatives. As we have been expecting since the November elections, the chaos with the federal government has started.
